Tabassom 2 bakery

In the Name of God,

Thanks to the help of the “Aslan” Foundation, the Hazara Foundation has opened a bakery called “Tabassom 2” in the most deprived and needy area of western Kabul (Dasht-e-Barchi) on 5 April 2021, in the presence of local people and media.

“Tabassom 2” bakery distributes bread to three hundred needy and deserving families every day. Eligible families were first reviewed by the Hazara Foundation’s team in Kabul and a “card” was issued to each eligible family based on the number of family members. The Hazara Charity Foundation’s team will review poor and needy families in that area for another week.

“Tabassom 1” bakery, which was established and activated with the help and cooperation of the people a month ago, distributes 2200 to 2500 number of bread daily for free to needy families based on the number of family members. These families were reviewed by the Hazara Charity Foundation’s team in Kabul and a “coupon card” was given to each family.

The Hazara Charity Foundation, which is a charitable institution, began its activities four years ago to serve our fellow citizens inside the country. During this time, the foundation has done good work with the financial assistance and cooperation of people from both inside and outside the country.

The Hazara Foundation, a charitable organization, started its activities four years ago to serve our fellow citizens inside the country. The foundation has done good work with the financial help and collaboration of people from both inside and outside the country.

In 1400 (2021-2022), the Hazara Foundation created its first educational and training project, the “Tabasom School,” with the help of people, especially immigrant families living abroad. Despite many difficulties, the school successfully completed the 1400 academic year. With the financial support of the Hazara Foundation, the school has increased the number of deprived students who were unable to receive an education, to one hundred in 1400. The school is currently preparing for its winter educational program.

Until 1400, most aid was distributed to families of individuals who were martyred or disabled in suicide bombings and explosions, as well as families displaced by war.

Two months ago, with the help of our immigrant compatriots abroad, the Hazara Foundation began work on its second project, the creation of a bakery. Under the name of Tabasom Bakery (1) and Tabasom Bakery (2), and with the expansion of the kind-hearted people’s support, other bakeries will be created in other needy areas.

It is worth noting that with the help of generous people, especially compassionate merchants, and the cooperation of national and international institutions, the Hazara Foundation can easily create a chain of bakeries in various areas of Kabul and provinces, and in these difficult winter conditions, distribute bread to the most deprived and vulnerable families. Therefore, the Hazara Foundation asks all generous compatriots, especially national merchants and institutions and companies, to help the foundation so that it can save the people of Afghanistan from the danger of famine and malnutrition in these very difficult economic conditions, where 90% of the people are living below the poverty line.

It is necessary to mention that the Hazara Foundation strives to work transparently and deliver aid in the right way, and is committed to cooperating with government institutions and relevant organizations.
