Hazara Foundation:
The Hazara Foundation is a charitable foundation; non-profit, non-political, and non-religious.
Hazara Foundation was established on October 25, 2017, and was registered in 2019 in the
United States to support people in need of emergency situations in Kabul, Afghanistan. The
Hazara Foundation was brought together by Hazara from all over the world to create this
foundation as a charity.
Beyond that, Hazara Foundation’s goal is to make education accessible to children in need
(orphans or children with a single parent). In 2020, Hazara Foundation established Tabassum
Elementary School to open opportunity doors for children to get an education.
Mission:
● Provide first aid (shelter and food) to the victims in any terrorist attack and provide
education for deprived students (orphans or have a single parent) through fundraising.
● Hazara Foundation’s aim is also to create Hazara harmony and cohesion around the
world.
● It strives for coordination between donors and the recipient.
● In the field of education, the Hazara Foundation wants to minimize illiteracy in
Afghanistan. The Hazara Foundation wants to create schools, educational centers, and
provide scholarships for worthy students from the most deprived sections of society.
● The Hazara Foundation wants to promote Hazara culture in Afghanistan and the world
through participation in international cultural conferences, exhibitions of Hazara clothing,
food, and art, as well as the Hazara dialect.
● The Hazara Foundation wants to establish clinics and hospitals in the community to
provide medical assistance to emergency situations for people in need.
● Hazara Foundation also wants to grow the economy of the Hazara people through
economic projects by creating jobs for the poor.
● The effort is to create harmony and unity of all Hazara, including Shitte, Suni, Ismaili all
around the world.
What does Hazara Foundation do?
Hazara Foundation supplied food, shelter, cash assistance, and other emergency assistance to
help a victim of a terrorist attack in Kabul, Afghanistan. We fundraised money from all around
the world to assist people in an emergency situation. Hazara Foundation works to advance and
protect child rights and provide education and emergency relief such as:
1. Food, shelter, cash, and first aid to;
a. Victim of the terrorist attack at a maternity clinic
b. Victim of Terrorist Attack on Bamiyan
c. Victim of terrorist attacked at Kabul education center named Kawsar-e Danish
center on May 9, 2021
d. Wounded civilians of Maidan Wardak district who were wounded in Ghalaye
Behsud Jan 31, 2021
e. Victim of Sayed Shuhada High School in Kabul on 8 May 2021
2. Established Tabassum Elementary School on April 9, 2021, = 1400, ٢٠فروردین
a. Hired a principal, teachers, guard, finance officer, and staff for school
b. Purchased chairs, tables, books, etc for students
c. Admitted eligible students for free at Tabassum Elementary School
2. Launched Tabassom Bakery I on December 2, 2021

Where does Hazara Foundation get its funding?
Hazara Foundation is supported entirely by the voluntary contributions of Hazara people all
around the world.
What portion of the Hazara Foundation budget is spent helping children?
90% of the donation goes to Tabassum Elementary School (each student cost of attending is
$150 in a year)
10% of the donation goes to emergency cases such as the victim of terrorist attack
